Aluminum Ingot Production Line
I Usage
This production line is used for producing aluminum alloy ingots.
One production line is 40 tons per day, 12000tons per year (300days).
II 20 TONS rectangular aluminum melting furnace
Usage
This machine is used for melting nonferrous meta EPT (aluminum).
Feature
- The capacity is 20 tons
- The shell of furnace is 8mm steel plate, furnace wall is 16# channel steel.
- The thickness of fireproofing of furnace wall is 500mm. The thermal insulation material is silicate insulation board
- and high strength light-weight insulating brick.
- Heavy oil system has two pieces of 1600,000 kilocalorie combustor with automatic.
- Including automatic control system, heavy oil suction pump, heavy oil heater, solenoid valve.
- Combustor is controlled by PLC, ignition with automatic, flame detection function.
- EPT range: the drawing of civil foundation, layout chart, furnace body, furnace door, and lifting device.
- And foundation, oven , oven materia EPT and draught fan are outside of offer

III Chain type aluminum alloy ingot casting machine
1 Usage
This machine is used for casting aluminum alloy ingot with continuous.
2 Feature
- High speed, AC motor, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, automatic.
- The ingot die is ca EPT iron with Mn, longer life.
- Cooling type of die is water cooling, which can promise longer life.
- Pouring groove is made of steel structure shell and refractory castable.
- This equipment is made of mold holding device, demoulding device, rack, transmission, water cooling device, distribution device and so on.
